Writing Samples

During my externship at Chile Pepper Magazine, I’ve had the opportunity to write a few pieces about products I tasted as well as recipes I developed.  I also profiled some specialty food vendors and wrote a cookbook review.  I’ve found that I have a knack for testing recipes as well as developing them.
